A large number of atypical types of work engagement appear, which require a different approach to the organization of work and more flexible labor legislation. One of flexible forms of work engagement is the contract of work by which a person is engaged in employment without establishing a working relationship. The author points to the notion and essential characteristics of the labor contract, its shortcomings and possible misuse of this type of work out of work. The research should result in proposals for improving the existing legal framework, following contemporary trends in the development of flexible forms of employment, both in the world and in our country.sropenAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/service contractflexibilityatypical form of workabuse of service contractUGOVOR O DELU KAO OBLIK RADA VAN RADNOG ODNOSASERVICE CONTRACT AS A FORM OF WORK OUT OF EMPLOYMENTbookPart10.46793/XXIv-9.035P
