Advocacy, as an independent and independent profession, will participate in the protection of the rights and legal interests of the most vulnerable citizens. The law identified three categories of citizens who are entitled to a free lawyer, primarily those receiving social assistance or child allowance. As legal aid providers, lawyers will be adequately rewarded for their engagement in the form of monetary compensation prescribed by the Decree of the RS Government.
