In the disputed parties, the party seeks to preserve and protect the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the state-legal order. On this path, they have different kinds of legal assistance, of which the best known is, but also the most controversial аdvocacy. Advocacy is as old as the state and law and is an essential element of a well-organized, progressive society, as well as a confirmation of a legal and democratic state.
